Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website, to the customer portal, and to requesting a survey through the form. The work itself is covered by the quote you approve, and where the two disagree, the quote wins.

Sending the form starts a conversation. It is not a booking, and nothing is owed by either side until we have spoken and you have approved a price. We will follow up by the method you chose.

• A price on a report is a quote for that item of work, not an invoice.
• Approving an item in the portal is your agreement to that item at the price shown at the time you approved it. The price is recorded at that moment, so a later change to our rate card does not change what you agreed to.
• You can approve some items and decline others. Declining costs nothing.
• An item marked as having no price yet is not included in any total. It has to be priced and approved separately.
• Work already carried out and signed for at the pond is payable whether or not it is later declined in the portal.

Access to the portal is by a one-time link sent to your email address, or through Google. Keep that email account secure: anyone who can read it can open your reports. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Accounts are for the landowner and the people they choose. Do not use the service to store anything unlawful, and do not try to reach records that are not yours.

A report describes what was measured on the day and what our biologists recommend from it. Projections, growth curves and expected outcomes are estimates based on how ponds usually respond. They are not promises. A fishery is a living system affected by weather, water, use and the neighbours upstream, and none of those take instruction from us.

Recommendations are professional advice about fisheries management. They are not legal, engineering, veterinary or financial advice. Dam integrity, water rights, permits and chemical applications are all governed by rules in your state, and following a recommendation does not discharge your obligations under them.

Survey and treatment work needs vehicle access to the water. You confirm that you have the right to authorise work on the pond and that you will tell us about anything on the property that could hurt somebody: soft ground, unmarked utilities, livestock, firearms in use, unsafe structures.

Photographs taken during the work belong to us and are used to document what was done. Yours appear in your reports. We will not use a recognisable photograph of your property for marketing without asking you first.

Approved work is invoiced as set out in the quote. Payment is arranged directly with us; this site does not currently take payments.

Tell us as early as you can. Work not yet started can be cancelled at no cost. Once fish have been ordered, chemicals bought or a crew dispatched, those costs stand.

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the service or the work is limited to what you paid us for the work the claim concerns. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We aim to keep the portal running but do not guarantee it is always available. Your reports remain your records whatever the site is doing, and we will send you a copy on request.

These terms can change, and the date at the top changes with them. A change does not affect work you have already approved.
